Do you cultivate a positive mindset every day by taking the time to think about at least one thing you’re grateful for, prioritizing treating yourself well by talking to yourself in a positive way, and giving yourself permission to be happy? 20 points
Do you show kindness, help some one, and/or make one person smile at least once every day? 20 points
Do you spend at least 15 minutes every day doing one thing you love to do, and/or do one thing every day that you loved to do as a kid? 10 points
At least once a day for 15 minutes, do you watch, listen to, and/or read something inspiring? 2.5 points
Do you laugh at least once a day from surrounding yourself with a person or people you can laugh with, or from watching or listening to something funny? 2.5 points
Do you do some form of exercise at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes? 2.5 points
Do you have a goal, no matter how small, that you make progress on by taking at least one step towards achieving it almost every day? 2.5 points

- 90 points or more = Black Belt
- 80 points = Brown Belt
- 70 points = Purple Belt
- 60 points = Blue Belt
- 50 points or less = White Belt

- Maximum score of 28 points, 21 points is a passing score for the week
