A.J. has written 7 books on high-performance leadership and business, and has created over 300 pieces of unique intellectual property.  He has spent the last 20 years studying and teaching the mindsets, habits and strategies of high performance.

High performance coaching is not for everyone. Only contact A.J. if you are serious about being world-class at what you do. All sessions must start on time. There are no cancellations of sessions outside of an emergency. There are no unnecessary interruptions to sessions: phone calls, text messages, family, employees, pets, etc. A.J. is 100% committed and focused on the work, and expects the same level of seriousness from his clients.   • I exercise twice a day, seven days a week, rarely missing that schedule
  • I listen to four to five hours of educational audio per day

  • I read at least eight books at a time
  • I try to sleep 9 hours a night
  • I took no vacation in over ten years in pursuit of my goals
  • I wrote my first book “1% Warrior: The Code Of Success” (a full-length non-fiction book) in 30 days, wrote 3 books in 90 days, and published 4 books in 2020
  • I have trained in mixed martial arts, boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 15 years, first under Sensei Cory Wimberly, Sensei Dave Light, and Coach Bruce Lombard
  • I completed 10,000 burpees in 100 days
  • I occasionally work as a hand-to-hand combat instructor for security professionals, individuals, and organizations
  • I was a licensed mixed martial arts cornerman in Pennsylvania
  • I read the biographies of U.S. presidents in elementary school
  • I have read close to 1,000 books on peak performance, leadership, fitness, and business
  • My goal is to eventually fit all my possessions into a duffel bag
  • I plan on living to be 120 years old
  • Barnes and Noble is my favorite store and I have spent thousands of hours and dollars there
